Two questions regarding RMAIL-get-new-mail

Post by Shuly Wintne » Fri, 18 Sep 1998 04:00:00

Whenever I call RMAIL-get-new-mail, xemacs writes my mail-archive-file.
Since I usually have this file in a buffer, I constantly have to answer
the "really edit the buffer?" question. Any way to eliminate it?

When there are new messages, I get the following error:
"Wrong type argument: stringp, ("" ((#<extent [detached) baloon-help
0x430fc from..."
I have no idea what that means. I'll appreciate any help.

I'm using 19.15 XEmacs Lucid.
