viewing html file from emacs

Note that I am not referring to editing html files.

I am learning lisp from ``Lisp Primer'' and ``Successful Lisp'' by
downloading the html files in my hard drive. I am using Emacs to write
source code and interact with lisp. I was wondering if there is any
mode to view the html files from within the emacs like info help
files. Is there a way to view tex files too?

Thanks,
A

1. html-view under NT-emacs

Hi folks !

Is there a possibility to view HTML-files under NT-emacs (including
frames). I'm looking for a small and fast viewer like Lynx for emacs and
I want to use it for viewing java-API-docs.
In my opinion it doesn't makes sense to start netscape everytime i want
to have a look on the java-docs.

Thanks, kitkat >:)
