This bug report will be sent to the XEmacs Development Team,
not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the XEmacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

In XEmacs 21.1 (patch 8) "Bryce Canyon" [Lucid] (i686-pc-linux) of Thu Nov 11 1999 on keston.csl.sri.com
configured using `configure --prefix=/homes/kai/Software/Xemacs'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

While one can set the "ps print color" to "on" and save it in the
customization buffer and " '(ps-print-color-p t) " is written to
.emacs, when you restart xemacs it's set to "off", the state being
"changed outside customize".
