Hi,

   My Money2003 Netbank account has been quit downloading statement for
almost a week.

The Online - Connect status said Connection is ok, but w/ an  detail msg
"End Date before Start Date".

  My other account has been working fine except Netbank.

  Would anyone please help ? Advice ?

That message would indicate to me that the bank is not formatting the file
properly. Have you tried calling their Online Banking Support?

Hi,

No you are not the only one with this issue.  I have had extensive
conversations with technical support at Netbank and Microsoft.  The
help I received from Microsoft proved that the problem was with the
formatting of Netbank's OFX files.  What I did was I sent my
netbank.rs file (created when you press CTRL-SHIFT as you are doing an
internet update) to Microsoft.  The MS Support person I was dealing
with noticed that no transactions were being shown in the OFX file and
she typed in a dummy transaction into the file and sent it back to me.
 I converted the file from a text file to an OFX file (file, save as,
*.OFX in notepad) and proceeded to import the file into MS Money 2003.
 Sure enough the dummy transaction that was put into the file by MS
appeared in my Netbank account. I shared this information with Netbank
and dealt with their technical people by telephone directly and
explained the problem to them.  They said that they would need to meet
with their database and programming people to find out what was wrong
with the format of the file.  I have the same exact error that you
mention of End Date before Start Date and also do not see transactions
appearing when statements are downloaded.  I would expect some kind of
reply from Netbank by email to me pretty soon about the status of the
problem as I have had many contacts with Netbank about the problem.
You can send messages to my email address and that way I can let you
know whether I have any news about the problem.  Hopefully it will be
fixed soon.

1. Downloading bank statements and date format error???

Just installed Money2005 and when I try to download my
financial statement it gives me an error that the date
format of the downloaded file is incorrect.  It worked
perfectly in M2004 and never gave me this error?  I changed
the date format through the control panel and downloaded
using other format on website instead of money format and
it works but is a hassle.  Also  I am Canadian and had to
change to US English settings on my computer to get the
correct date format which is annoying.  Anyone have any
ideas of a better fix????
