slow keyboard response

I was happy with Money 99.  When I upgraded to 2000, I
noticed slow response to keyboard. It has gotten worse
with upgrade.  Now, with 2002, I have to wait 5 to 10
seconds before it will recognize the key stroke.  I have
no idea what it is thinking about.  If I key in mulitple
keys, they queue up and are serviced one right after the
other. I have a Pentium 2 computer running at 133MHz, 64MB
RAM , 20G hard drive.  I don't have any problem with other
applications.  I am seriously considering switching to
Quicken if I cannot get a good fix. Does anybody know what
is going on and what to do to fix the problem.

You have a machine that does not make the minimum for the program. You
will likewise have similar problems with Quicken 2002. Do not know what
operating system you have, but increasing memory is probably your best
choice until you upgrade the machine.

Thanks, Art.  I kind of figured that but I could not bring
myself to believe it.  I can understand slow processing or
computation but being slow in reconizing a key stroke??!!
This just does not seem right!

1. Money 2000 and IE5 - SLOW RESPONSE

During the upgrade from Money 99 to Money 2000, there is apparently an
automatic upgrade that takes place to IE5 and OE.  After installing Money
2000, my IE5 connection and OE connection to the net is VERY SLOW and
intermittent.  Some pages do not load at all while others take a very long
time.  The version of IE5 on the Money 2000 CD is apparently a later version
than anything else available since a trip to the Microsoft web site in a
attempt to download a "clean" version of IE5 results in an error message
saying that the version currently installed on my computer is a later
version than is on the web.  Has anyone else seen this problem and does
anyone have any ideas??
