by When trying to open the Money 98 data file in 2000, it's starts converting
and then we get a message that the file is either in use in another program
or is a read only file. It's not being used in another program and in
Windows Explorer we checked the attributes and it's not marked as read-only.
Any suggestions before we return the program?
