   o  NETLIB022 (Updated)

        NETLIB V2.2F is MadGoat Software's vendor-independent library
        of TCP/IP routines.  Runs on both VAX and Alpha.  Written by
        Matt Madison.

   o  WATCHER  (Updated)

        WATCHER V3.0 is an idle process monitor/killer for OpenVMS VAX
        and OpenVMS Alpha.  A MadGoat Software product, written by
        Matt Madison.

1. FILESERV@WKU: Updated NETLIB, new SHS

The following packages have been added to and updated on

   o  NETLIB  (Updated)

        NETLIB V2.0H is now available.NETLIB is a library of
        vendor-independent TCP/IP routines.  It provides the
        TCP/IP support for MX, NEWSRDR, MadGoat FTP, and several
        other packages.

        NETLIB can be used on both VAX and Alpha.  It was written by
        Matt Madison and is a MadGoat Software product.

   o  SHS  (New)

        SHS is a utility by James Shen that will display information
        about one or more processes based on specified process search
        criteria.  Sort of like a SHOW SYSTEM with selective displays.
        Runs on both VAX and Alpha.
