Allow me to offer my assistance to any and all attempts to remove the
subject individuals posting rights.

His recent postings have been so laden with foul language that not only
are they proof that his vocabulary is as weak as his spelling and
grammar skills, but I found them quite offensive.

As a rule, the occasional crude word is not a problem with me, and I
have been known to utter them on occasion, but it has been way "over
the top" of late.  All this, in addition to the fact that virtually
none of the postings contributed in any way to the threads or the topic
of this NG.  The words "waste of bandwidth" come quickly to mind.

So ignore him. Filter his name and any thread with the words "VIC"
"Honest and Fair opportunity".

You can't do anything about him, and beleive me, they've tried and
tried.

I was flamed by couple of people here when I contacted Tim's other ISP,
Mindspring and convinced them along with several others here to block
Tim's posting access.

I am in the process of talking to the abuse department at Earthlink
Network, to handle Tim's repetitive abuse, and seems that he'll be
looking for a new ISP soon.

I did, and will do that again, and of course he can get another ISP, he
will have to change ISPs until he behaves.

PLEASE!

Tim Rue gets more Newsgroup Postings then
Iwin, Amiga Inc. and Phase5 combined.

Let's stop the madness and talk about Amiga's.

Or create a comp.sys.amiga.timrue group.

It *is* what to do when the self-regulation of Usenet isn't enough.

Killfiling is not the point, neither would putting on earplugs and a
blindfold when a rude, * party-crasher comes to a party in your
home.

Trying to get intervention from an ISP for this type of abuse has always
been part of the net.  As has his type of abuse, unfortunately.

It is done simply by sending the offensive posts, along with full

Ask that they help stop his abuse of Usenet and adhere to there TOS.

Uhm, that is what i am doing now, and that's what I meant when I said "I
did" in the above, my full complain is on it's way to Earthlink's abuse
department.

That's exactly what he likes. He doesn't care if the attention he gets
is negative, as long as he gets any. The only way to handle him, until
he runs out of ISPs is to ignore all his posts.

** To reply in e-mail, remove "nepsep." from address **

"Timothy Rue" hunched over his computer, typing feverishly;

Quote:

> Try search and replace for words you don't like.

> I'm an end user, very unsatisified with the near complete level of
> deception and manipulation and theift by the computer industry.

Nobody in this NG has stolen from you or manipulated you in any
way.

Quote:> And the Amiga and many member of it's so called community are no
> acception.

Exeption.  All of your accusations aimed at the people in this
newsgroup have very obviously had no basis in reality.

Anytime anyone says anything you don't like, you imply that they
are 'part of the ripoff'.  The only person who actually believes
these accusations is you.

Quote:> In fact, in many ways there is much to be found in this collection, of
> very fishonesty  and deceptive individuals.

> It's to bad you want to be part of the suppression of freedom of speach.

> Especially such communication in exposure of consumer entrapment Abuse.

Oh?  Explain clearly and coherently how you feel that people here
have 'entrapped' you as a consumer.

Quote:

> I have a right to be very *ing pissed off.

> About $25,000 dollars worth, by an industry thet clearly specializes in
> abusing the hell out of the consumer.

As has been explained many times before, you $25,000 is your own
problem.  Deal with it.

Quote:> And it's got Jackasses like Arami to play gastapo!

> First admendment rights! Freedom of speach.

> Don't you know why it was the first?

> A matter of priority.

All this melodramatic 'freedom of speech' and 'gestapo' stuff
would be much more convincing if you actually had anything to say.

...

Imagine you're having dinner and someone steps up to your window
and begins shouting obscenities at you.  You call the police, and
the person says "you're violating my freedom of speech".

The freedom to express an opinion, no matter how unpopular, is one
I respect highly.

But there is an obvious difference between expressing an opinion
and hurling irrational abuse;  which is all you do.

Hello Tim Rue

I have just read your personal info, and from what I read your pretty
egotistical. I am very interested to hear about every single effort you
have put foward which has steered the Amiga in the right direction. I
expect an email or Usenet posting of every effort within a day thank you.

Your "extended objective persperctive" is what I call intelligence. I have
it, Simon Archer has it, almost everyone in this newsgroup has it.

Please tell me what you feel is the extended objective of Amiga Inc.
