Subject line says it all, will the A4091 work with an A3000-040Tower?

1. A4091 in an A3000?

I cannot get the A4091 to work in my A3000. As a matter of fact the
system won't boot at all with it installed.

A3000 030/25 18meg
Buster-11, DMAC-04, Ramsey-07, WD-04

The A4091 appears to be NOS from the latest truckload of stuff I've
gotten, so chances are it's fine. What do I need to do to get this
working? Chances are I will be keeping the card in the machine
permenantly if I can get it to work.
