1. Loading icons from dll's or ico's

Hi all,

If I have a reference to an icon stored like this:

"C:\My Documents\Icons\MyIconLibrary.dll,3"

or this:

"C:\My Documents\Icons\MyIcon.ico,0"

is there a common way to load it into a TIcon? Or do I have to mess around
parsing the string and determining whether I'm extracting an ICON resource
from a DLL?
