Let's consider a case like below.
Caller 'A' dials 'B'. B is busy or out of reach, so it diverts/forwards the
call to a Voice Mail system 'C'. When call comes to Voice Mail system what
are the Caller ID and Called ID values?
Can the PSTN switch be configured to give A & B, respectively for Caller ID
& Called ID?
How does the Voice Mail systems work to identify the Voice Mailbox and
Caller Party number.
