Standars for russian R1

Hello.
Do you know of a standard for the Russian R1 signalling.
I am looking for an more-or-less officiel standard in English if
possible.
Pointer, address etc. would be usefull.

Even a standard, no matter for what country, that describe the use of
AON would be of interest.

look at the ITU-T publications for R1 protocol signaling - believe me
there is a variance!

1. standar access-list->access-list 1 permit ip 1.1.1.1 ?

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios121/121cg...

access-list 1 permit ip 1.1.1.1
access-list 2 permit ip 2.2.2.2

QUESTION:
a standard access-list with an "ip" element?
it looks like an extended access-list...
unless there's an error in the white paper...

thanks for your comments
