Nortel ACD-C Third Party Report Package Needed

Nortel ACD-C Third Party Report Package Needed

Post by TELECOM END USE » Thu, 25 Sep 1997 04:00:00

We are looking for software that takes the standard Nortel ACD-C reports and
creates a formated report with totals, summaries, etc.  These are typically
applications written by third party vendors and run on a standard Windows or
DOS PC.  We have only a few small ACD groups, so the Nortel solution is
overkill.  If you know of a report package, please post it here...I check
the newsgroup often.

Switchview *used* to have a "basic" ACD Manager product which collected
"C" package stats and real time data for later collation and reporting.

It ran on a SCO Unix platform, but the P.C. hardware was pretty
standard.

1. Third Party Utility to Print Report of Contents of NW3.11 & 3.12 Bindery

We'll soon be performing a network upgrade to NW4.1.  We'd like to print
out the bindery information for easy reference in planning the new
network.  Does anyone know of a third party utility which would do
this?  Someone told me of a program called "NetBack" -- but the
manufacturer is unknown, nor are we certain the product is still on the
market.

Any comments or suggestions would be most appreciated.
