The quick answer to getting the animation to load faster is to
compress it so the file size is smaller.
In the Optimize tab in GIF Animator 5, reduce the number of colors 32.
Apply dither to taste. That gets the file size down to about half the
original.
A more advanced way to go about this would be to cut the skater out of
the frames as objects and place him against a single background so
that he moves but the backgound doesn't. It's not as realistic
looking but lets you reduce the size by about half again.
