I want to print an 10 x 8 image on a 11 x 17 piece of paper

so that is  a horizontal image on a portrait piece of paper
i want the image to be 4" from the top
i set my epson 1520 to 11 x17 and use the rulers and no matter what i do
it seems to print lower and to one side...any suggestions.

Thank you for your attention.

I assume that because you have Corel Photo Paint 7, that you also have Corel
Draw 7.  If this is the case, you will find it much easier to save the image
in Paint as a CPT or TIF or whatever, and import the image into Corel Draw,
set up your page size, and place the image as you like.  Paint is not a good
program if you are looking for printing onto an exact area of the paper.
Nice printer BTW... I love the Epson line... great colour!

Good luck!
