From the symptoms, I strongly suspect the video card and its drivers.
Check to see if there are newer drivers for it.

1. OS9, G4, pm6.52 won't print
2 new G4s on OS9 and I can't get either of them to print a Pagemaker 6.52
file to any printer on our network. Printers are AGFA Avantra 44S, AGFA
Accuset 1200, Encad Proo620e, Canon Colorpass V80, and Xante Accelerwriter
3NG. I have used every version of laserwriter we've ever had and nothing
seems to work. Nothing crashes. It looks like it is printing, but nothing
ever comes out. Any one had this problem? Adobe tech support for ASN
service providers (we are a member) were no help. Is there possibly
something that I've done wrong in setting up OS9?
