Hi,

Can someone recommend Ink&Paint software packages for SGI, Mac or PC?  I
am currently looking into Softimage Toonz and Animo but is there other
inexpensive software packages available?  Thank you in advance for your
help.

Have you tries Autodesk Animator Studio for PC? It's only $250-290 and
is good at 2D ink & paint plus adding sound.
