Aiden,
If you have the right software, you can do it. Open your animated .gif
in Premiere or convert it an .avi file and then open it in Premiere.
Save it from Premiere as an .flm file. Open the .flm file in Photoshop
and then save it as a .bmp or whatever you want. The .flm file is a film
strip format. When you open it in Photoshop you will see a long series
of images just like a film strip. That should do it. Good luck.
