mingwin32 and OpenGL

I'm trying to learn OpenGL on windows (I usually use in on Linux or Irix),
so I started with one of NeHe's tutorial files.  The problem is the compiler
chokes on this function call,
ChangeDisplaySettings(&dmScreenSettings,CDS_FULLSCREEN).  It complains about
CDS_FULLSCREEN being undefined.  Now, I can modify the block to force the
program to always run in window mode and it works fine, but I want full
screen mode.  The output from gcc -v is:

Reading specs from
C:\progra~1\MINGWIN\lib\gcc-lib\i386-mingw32\egcs-2.91.60\specs
gcc version egcs-2.91.60 19981201 (egcs-1.1.1 release)

Any suggestions?  Could someone just give me the constant that
CDS_FULLSCREEN represents?

The current release is gcc-2.92.2! I have no problems with it...
You can download it at: http://www.mingw.org/
