Good OpenGL card for PPro machine?

Good OpenGL card for PPro machine?

Folks:

I am thinking of upgrading my 4MB Matrox Mill. for an OpenGL board
based on the GLint processor.  My search for the right card/brand is
just starting and I would like some input from anyone that has one of
these boards.  Realtime speed is very important as well as features
like texture mapping, Z/double buffering etc.  I expext to run the
card around 1024x768 through 1280x1024 resolution at 16-bit colour.

The GLint 500 combined with the Delta looks like a good combination.
What other brands are available?  Price is always a consideration as
is driver support.

My machine is a PPro 200Mhz with 64MB EDO RAM.  I will be running a
database on this machine as well as the OpenGL application.

Thanking you in advance
Barry

1. OpenGl and 2d cards on same machine?

Does anyone know if we're able to run a standard 2d video card such as a
Diamond Stealth Video Vram in the same machine as a opengl card.We are
running dos programs and would like to still use the dos refresh utility
with the 2d card.So in other words can we have the system use the 2d
card when going into dos progs and use the opengl for WinNT and win95?
I dont think there are any VGA pass through type opengl cards we like on
the market so we would have to go with a Opengl that has both 2d and 3d.
