SQL database recovery

On my previous SBS4.5 installation, I defined a couple of databases
using the SQL database wizard.  I subsequently FDisked that SBS
partition. The databases I had defined were not in that partition.  Is
it possible to get my current SBS/SQL console to find those old
databases and open them?  How do I do this?

Forget this.  I Fdisked all those partitions and will start from
scratch.  There wasn't anything of value in them, and it was a waste of
time to even think of doing it that way.

1. Linking to Sharepoint SQL database to Frontpage Database Results Wizard

I am trying to link to my sharepoint sql database to use the Frontpage
database results wizard.
Is there any info on what file to connect to? I look at my SQL
directory & see the following files:
"servername_LM_W3SVC_1_Collab.mdf" up thru
"servername_LM_W3SVC_9_Collab.mdf"

Which is the right file? & best way to connect to it?
does anyone know a good source for linking into the SQL database to
use it outside of sharepoint?
Thanks
Jeanne
