Hi,
Could someone send me a printer friendly link to this newsgroups FAQ please ?
I remember reading it ages ago and it was really useful, but now I can't find
it.

cheers daev, unfortunately the link is dead, if someone can find me it i'll
host a copy myself so more people can get it, I thought it was really useful.
