just wondering what that number represents? Camera apature?

how do I convert to degrees?

dunno about ase, but FOV stands for Field Of View.
in q3a it is in degrees. (default 90)

Does anyone know how to import .ase files back into 3ds 3.1 ?

I'm trying to build my own skelton/bone files for 3ds,
