Video Post Blur?

Post by RS » Sun, 10 Nov 2002 23:31:52

Hi all,

Just a quick one...

I seem to recall seeing a plugin a while ago which added a Video Post
filter.  When used, the filter blurred various sections of the output image
based on an objects Effects ID (/Maerial ID?).  Much the same idea as the
Glow filter really - only mushing the colours up a bit instead of adding a
'glow' of additional colour.  Allowing for such effects as heat hazes,
fogged up glass, etc.

Does anyone know where I could find a plugin along these lines?

Or indeed, if I'm overlooking a more obvious way of achieving this effect...
any advice is welcome.
