Hi, would someone please explain how this is best achieved in PS7.
If that's so, you can use 'Image/Resize Canevas' if you're reducing only
centered or left/right aligned picture.
Otherwise, the easiest is using the crop tool, just in the upper left-hand
corner of the toolbar.
If so, go to Image -> Image Size and set the new print size while unchecking
the Resample checkbox. This will not change any of your pixels (as long as
you don't try to change the aspect ratio of the image). It will just spread
them out, or squeeze them more tightly together, on your printer.
Or were you looking for something else?

Looking at Google, I suspect this has already been answered (in the negative),
for example in a thread "Resizing in PSP 7" last February, and others. But
perhaps someone has a solution.
I have an image ready to print. I simply want to tell PSP 7 one of its
dimensions on the paper, eg. 23 centimetres, and have it printed at that size
without any resampling. (Setting "Scale" in "Page Setup" is inadequate). This is
the equivalent to unchecking "Resample Image" in Photoshop.
Can it be done? Will it be available?
