I need some informations about Softwaretools for Platform independent
Development.
There are three categories of interest:
1. 3d-Graphicoutput (like GL or OpenGl)
- OpenGl
- Future of OpenGl?
- are there Informations about the SoftwareKit called "HOOPS"?
- 3d-CAD-oriented programming libraries?
- ohter tools?
2. Graphic-User-Interface (GUI) (like XVT)
- XVT ?
- other tools
3. Databasehandling (like FoxPro)
- Clipper
- Oracel
- Database programming libraries?
- other ?
I want to develop an application including this three basic blocks using
C or C++. Platforms to support are for example:
- MSDOS (may be)
- MSWindows(32,NT) (IBM-compatible,RS6000)
- UNIX (Sun Sparc, SGI, HP)
- System7 (Mac)
Now I'm collecting Informations about these Things and I would be happy
to get some new hints.
