I would like to know recommendations for good C++ graphics books.  I own a
Borland C++ 4.5 compiler with OWL and so much more.  Any good recommendations
will be appreciated.

screen savers, etc plus MIDI, etc.  McGraw-Hill, author Steve Rimmer.
