1) open PSP
2) hit F1
3) click "Help Topics"
4) choose Creating Images> Capturing Images from the Computer Screen

The PSP capture is powerful and has a lot of nice options.  But all of
the options can be confusing at first.

Do a setup first.

Decide what you want to capture, a defined area, the full display, a
window or an object.

Decide what you want to use to activate the capture, either the right
mouse button, a hot key (function key), or delay timer.
(some programs that you may want to capture will intercept and use the
right mouse button or some function keys, so you've got to select one
that won't be blocked.)

Decide if you want one capture or multiple.  With multiple, you can
keep on capturing images for an entire session, then go back to PSP
and edit all images at once.  Great if you're doing a tutorial and
don't want to be interrupted by having to go to the graphics each
screen. You can also decide to capture the cursor or not.

When finished with the setup, you can exit by a 'Capture now' or OK,
then do a Capture>Capture Start to minimize PSP and start the other
program.  (if you want to capture from PSP, use two running PSP
programs, one to capture, one to display.)

That's it.  Congrats to JASC for including such a nice tool.
