Very Computer

I was wondering if someone could help me here, I am in need of a .TIFF to
.GIF or .JPG conversion program for a school project.  If someone knows of
an adress of one or can uuencode and send me one, I would be most
apprciative!  I have tried to look with archie, but with no success.
