I need a program which is able to convert between various resolutions
of bit-mapped images and well known formats (esp. PCX) which runs under
MS-DOS.
I also require software to rotate the bitmapped image through ANY angle.
(Perhaps the same package)
These programs should hopefully be able to run on an IBM-AT 286,EGA PC.
In fact any hints for the whereabouts of similar software would be nice.
