by I am in the process of developing a project(visual basic )
and I need to be able to display 3D vehicles that can be
revolved to see the vehicle from any angle.
On top of that I need to be able to substitute components
of the vehicle (such as changing the wheels)easily.
Which package should I use , where can I get more info.?
