Advice requested, please: I've discovered the joys of 3D molecular
modelling and I'm trying to put together a PC to handle it.

Can anyone tell me which PCI graphics card is currently the fastest 3D card
on the market? I'm looking at the Oxygen 32MB card but haven't found much
information on it. At the moment I run a Number Nine 4MB i128 on my 128MB
AMD K6 computer, and I'd like to improve on this as much as possible while
staying with Win NT (I have to use this thing for more than graphics...)

Intergraph usually makes the fastest PCI 3D graphics cards. Other
contenders are the Elsa Gloria-L card and 3Dlabs GLINT. I recommend
checking out http://open.specbench.org/gpc/opc, which shows
the Open_GL performance from using different 3D modeling packages.
