Rayshade for DOS or PBMPLUS for DOS corrupting files

Rayshade for DOS or PBMPLUS for DOS corrupting files

When I try to convert output MTV files from the DJGPP port of
Rayshade to Targa, GIF, or PCX (using the DJGPP port of PBMPLUS),
the result contains fragments of the intended image, but mostly
just junk.
Am I doing something wrong, or does the DJGPP port of Rayshade
create corrupted files, or does the DJGPP port of PBMPLUS
corrupt files?
