1. Synching/Uploading Windows CE <-> Windows 3.1/DOS ???

Hello all,

I _do_ need some software to sunch Windows 3.1 PIMs (e.g. Lotus
Organizer)
with my HP 320LX running Windows CE. All SW I found so far was for NT or
95.

  Is there anything out there for Win3.1???

has anyone seen SW for Win 3.1 in order to upload SW????
