When I try to switch IDs in R5 I get the error message that the password
is incorrect.  What am I doing Wrong?

You are writing in an incorrect password. Passwords in LN are case
sensitive. Maybe you are using Caps instead of lower case or the reverse.

1. Switch ID causes PC to hang

Using:
 Lotus Notes R5 Release 5.0.6a
IBM NetVista 6579-TAU (1ghz with 256M RAM)
Windows NT Workstion version 4

I am experiencing an intermittent problem when I use the Switch ID
function in Lotus Notes.  After entering the password and clicking OK
the PC will hang.

I haven't been able to detect a pattern except that it seems to occur
more frequently later in the day.  I am not running any unusual
products against it (MS Office 97 products and IE5).

Any thoughts?
