You need:
1) A CD-ROM Media driver.
2) The Media Control CDEV.
3) The Media Control (or comparable) NDA.
Install everything, reboot, select the driver in the CDEV,
and use the NDA to start the CD-ROM tracking.

AFAIK, not currently. I dunno what it would take.
You can, however, sample sound if you have a SoundMeister
or other Soundcard in your computer.
