I would like to administer a Win2000 Server from a Win2000 Workstation.

Install the ADMINPACK package found in the Windows2000 Server CD
on the Windows2000 Pro workstation. Once you do that, you will find
additional snapins in the Administrative Tools menu.

The best way is to use terminal services.

Use MMC Console and the appropriate Snap-Ins (Computer Management, Active
Directory Users and Computers, Active Directory Sites and Services, etc.); refer
to your W2K documentation for implementing this.
