I want to restrict people to do anything in windows beside
use internet explorer. Can I change ie as windows default
shell in order that when windows starts, ie starts only.
And when people close ie, the computer shutdown? TIA.

1. restricting making shortcuts to ftp sites on desktops
I run a computer lab at a high school. I need to prevent access to his home
FTP site at home from the lab. He can right click the desktop/make shortcut
to his site. He can also use the web toolbar in an office 2K application,
like Word or PowerPoint, and access his ftp site from there as well. Any
help in preventing this via group policy would be appreciated. Thanks much.
