It just happen without any notable reason.
I've got this error 1 miljon times in System:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: VMnet
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3
Date:  2000-10-29
Time:  21:19:12
User:  N/A
Computer: TOR
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 3 ) in Source ( VMnet ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: \Device\VMnet0.

1. Loading your personal settings" dialog box is displayed a extremly long time

After I try to log on to your Windows 2000-member server
by using the domain administrator account and password,
the "Loading your personal settings" dialog box is
displayed a extremly long time befor the desktop appears.
Log on by using a local administrator account works
normally.
The member server is part of an active directory
enviroment, and has the terminal services on the network.

What can be wrong? What can I do?
