SNMP Trap info

Is there an MIB for monitoring of UPS activity, or can windows send out an
snmp trap when servers go onto UPS power?  I'm thinking of purchasing a
product called what's up gold that sends notifications when SNMP events
happen..  If this is monitorable via SNMP, that would save us lots of time
and hassle.

Thanks for your help!
