Follow the instruction from the MS Knowledge Database to the letter and
you'll be fine.  3 WinME PCs and 1 Win2K PC in peer to peer network running
most successfully here!

1. Win95 and Win 2000 Pro won't network

Dear Folks,

I can't get my Win2k box to find my Win95 box and vice versa.
Both are connected using Cat5 cables to a hub.  Both have static
IP addresses for the network connector.  Both have NetBIOS turned
on for the network connector.  However, neither can ping the
other.  What am I missing?
