no.

1. Win2k
2. Win2k SP1
3. IE 5.5 if you need it.

The order of Office vs VS is probably not worth worrying about.

Install SP1 with it gets released - this effectively rolls IE 5.01 into
the OS. As to IT 5.5 - load it if you need it.

    It's generally best to go in order of release from oldest to newest,
i.e., OS + symbols, VS6, Office2000, Office SR1, VS6 SP4, and then IE5.5 and
Win2k SP1 + symbols (I'd wait a few days for the real SP1 instead of
installing the beta that is currently available).
