The duplicate licenses are a symptom of your setup, and nothing to worry
about. However, once you have all the CALs on one LS, the message about
CALs expiring should go away. If they don't, you don't have enough CALs for
your clients, or your TS can't contact your LS.

1. Moving CALs from server to server
I need to move terminal services licensing CALs from one server to
another. The only article I found was Q248430 and this looks to client
side. How do you do it server side? Is this something I need to talk
to MS licensing about? Thanks.
