DC Discovery Test : [FATAL] Cannot find DC in domain

Hello:

Our Server Reboot itself on electrical problems.
After this When we try to add new user it says

"Naming information cannot be located because
 The Specified domian does not exist or could not be
contacted"

We ran NETDIAG.exe /DEBUG this is what it says

Any advice after reading?

1. Cannot find the Primary DC/Could not find domain controller for this domain

Hi all,

Help me with this one:

Two domains, A and B, are trusting each other. PDC and BDC of domain A are
both NT. PDC of domain B is NT; there used to be a NT BDC that had to be
taken off (ancient hardware is its kindest description... don't ask). Files
from that BDC were transferred to a 2000 box that is just a regular server.

With the removal of BDC from Domain B we have lost the ability of using
successfully either Domain Manager or User Manager that was working
perfectly fine from the 2000 box. (We can still access the user/server
manager from Domain B PDC). Now, after accessing the user manager from 2000
to the Domain A we are getting the

"Could not find domain controller for this domain. Do you want to select
another domain to administer?"

message and then, of course, we are given to manage only domain B (which is
the same the 2000 box is on).

Server Manager displays this message:

"Cannot find the Primary DC for Domain A. You may administer this domain,
but certain domain-wide operations will be disabled."

After which we can get into the Domain A, but when we look at the specs of
A's PDC, we see it listed as a BDC.

Microsoft is advising to make sure that NetLogon is running on all the
servers (sure as hell it is' tried stopping/restarting; no positive result).

It is also suggesting to double-check the WINS, NetBios, and LMHOSTS
settings/config (been to Microsoft website at least 37 times, double-,

triple - and quadruple- checking the specs). Nothing.

Any ideas, PLEASE?
