Explorer Errors on right-click

This probably comes from a shell extension or an app that's installed
such extensions. Uninstall such apps till you find the one that's
responsible.

1. Explorer Errors on right-click

We have a recurring error on all of our W2k systems. When in any UI that
allows file management (i.e. UI, Windows Explorer, IE) a right-click to
perform any function results in an error. The followin gis the report logged
in the System Log:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Winlogon
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1002
Description:
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

Any answer would be appreciated. Please reply to the email address, not the
newsgroup.
Thanx,
Bill
