Sure,  However Group Policies or GPOs on 2000 will not apply to down level
clients.  You must revert to the old style of using Poledit.exe to create
either a config.pol (9.x) or a Ntconfig.pol (NT) file and put it in the
Netlogon share on the 2000 Server.

It's a big item on the 2000 exams.

1. Mixed to Native Mode in a Mixed Environment

Let me see if I can explain this...

We have a forest with the initial tree in the forest being
example.com.  There are to other domain trees in the forest -
remote.com and development.com.  Two of the three trees (example.com
and remote.com) are using completely W2K domain controllers and are
ready to go into native mode.  The third domain tree development.com
still uses NT 4.0 BDC's.  My question is - if example.com and
remote.com both go to native mode, will that have any impact on
development.com staying in mixed mode?

I can post additional info as necessary.

Thanks
