Is there a way I can change "Start" to "Go" on the taskbar?

Yes. Use a utility like Tweak-ME or WinHacker. I don't know if they work
with W2K but there's bound to be a utility that will if they won't. Back up
explorer.exe first.

I changed mine to 'Menu'...

Alternatively you can edit your explorer.exe file directly in hex but you
gotta know what you're doing...
