Is there any way to find the last date and time a user logged into a win2k
domain or active directory

Open a CMD prompt and type
net user UserName /domain
See the line titled "Last Logon"
If you need this in a batch, see tip 3410 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at

This will only show you the last login time for that user on whichever
domain controller you happen to hit.  The last login time is not replicated
between domain controllers.  Download DumpSEC from
www.systemtools.com/somarsoft.  This tool allows you to dump all domain user
accounts with "True last login time".
