I have heard that Partition Magic 4.0 does not work with Win2k.  Is this
true?  Thanks.

No !
It does not run under W2K.
You have to boot in DOS-Mode.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Win2k with PM4. Not even PM5. Partition Magic
v5.01, however, will work with Win2k, but it only creates the boot disks.

PM5.0 works just fine with win2k when run from the boot floppies, have had
no problems at all with it.

It's not great for formatting.  I've got a lot of disk errors in Win2000 on
drives that I formatting w/ 5.01.
