been able to get any service from Bestdata?
I had been sending them E-mail for weeks with no response. I received better
(abeit poor) service by pestering them with a phone call a day. The phone
bill adds up but I finally got results.

with service requests or

An employee eventually told me that they are short staffed and even recently
fired a few incompetents. Keep trying and don't settle for voice-mail
and E-mail messages. It took me four weeks to get a replacement 56K modem
that had the bad 47A data pump chip. Good luck.
